Description of Services:

InnerSourced Solutions, Inc. is a behavioral health organization located in Waldorf, Maryland, serving Charles County and surrounding communities.

Outpatient Mental Health Services (OMHC): If you or your child is dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral challenges, or other mental health concerns, our licensed therapists are here to help. We offer individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy for children, teens, and adults. If medication may be part of your treatment, we also provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management. You do not need to have everything figured out before you call -- we will work with you to understand what is going on and develop a plan that fits your needs.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP): If you or your child is living with a serious mental health condition and day-to-day life feels overwhelming -- managing a household, keeping up with school, staying connected to your community, or maintaining stability -- our rehabilitation program can help. We work with children, teens, and adults one on one to build the skills and confidence needed to live more independently and reach personal goals. To get started with PRP services, client must be currently receiving therapy and the treating mental health provider will need to submit a referral on your behalf.

Youth Care Coordination (YCC): If your child is struggling with serious mental health challenges and you feel like you are constantly managing appointments, school issues, crises, and services on your own -- Youth Care Coordination may be able to help. This program is for children and young people from birth through age 20 who have a Maryland Medicaid card and have been diagnosed with a serious emotional or behavioral health condition. Once enrolled, your family is assigned a dedicated care coordinator who gets to know your child and your situation, helps you figure out what your child needs, and works with you to put the right supports in place. Your coordinator stays involved, attends meetings with you, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. InnerSourced Solutions is the only organization in Charles County providing this service.
