BrightPATH Educational Coaching

Description of Services:

BrightPATH Educational Coaching provides family-centered coaching, provider training, and workshops that strengthen family capacity, improve early childhood development outcomes, and support effective collaboration between families, schools, and service providers.

Services are aligned with Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC) priorities, with a strong focus on birth to three early intervention. BrightPATH equips families and providers with practical, research-informed strategies to support language development, behavior, routines, and social-emotional growth.

Core services include provider training, family workshops, and short-term coaching designed to improve communication, increase follow-through, and create consistent home environments that support child development.

BrightPATH uses a data-informed, outcome-driven approach to identify root causes, implement targeted strategies, and monitor progress. Services are designed to produce measurable improvements within 30–45 days, including increased family engagement, improved developmental support at home, and reduced early behavioral concerns.

By strengthening families and aligning systems, BrightPATH helps reduce the need for more intensive and costly interventions, supporting efficient use of community resources and improving long-term outcomes for children and families.
