Our agency provides an array of services, to include of the following programs: homeless prevention and other gap-filling financial assistance; street outreach, day program and emergency shelter and transitional housing services; homeless rehousing funding; domestic violence safe housing; transportation; health and wellness services; case management and advocacy support; basic safety net needs such as food, clothing, and toiletry items.
