Description of Services:

Offers low/no-cost Adult Basic Education (ABE), GED® Preparation, and English as a Second Language (ESL) programs across Charles, St. Mary's, and Calvert counties. Additionally, an alternative to the GED, the National External Diploma Program® (NEDP) is available in all three counties.
